All parts of the machine were checked and confirmed satisfactory. The issue was with the detergent being used and the lack of blue fluid which I ran out of and failed to replenish on a timely basis. very happy with the how quick they came out to fix my dryer. i called on a sunday. yes a sunday. and they came out and had it fixed within 24 hours. i called at 1 o’clock sunday by 10:30 monday they had already came out figured out the required part. and by noon i was drying clothes. very happy. will be using for any of my appliances repairs. thank you so much for everything. you guys are a life saver
