Technician arrived an hour earlier then expected (with notice) on Christmas Eve. Had our washing machine working again within an hour and adjusted it so the problem should not occur again. Excellent experience. Thank you

Dec 2, 2025Our dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes to my satisfaction. We requested a technician to come have a look and the service received was more than satisfactory. All parts of the machine were checked and confirmed satisfactory. The issue was with the detergent being used and the lack of blue fluid which I ran out of and failed to replenish on a timely basis. We appreciate the efforts the technician offered to ensure the machine will work satisfactorily. Thank you.
Dec 20, 2025I had the pleasure of meeting Jay Nassar this week when he came to my home to repair my gas stove. Unfortunately given its age (20+), it was well past saving. Despite the inevitable, Jay kept on trying ‘one more thing’ before giving up. From the time I placed my call to the time Jay arrived, it was faster that I could have hoped for, especially during this time of year. Jay was an absolute professional and those I spoke to prior to Jay’s arrival were polite, very attentive, and eager to assist me. Highly recommend.
Dec 21, 2025Chose them based on availability to come relatively quickly to check out the issue with my leaking dishwasher (others weren’t available or didn’t get back to me) and glad I went with them. They were efficient and able to fix the issue in the same visit. Not cheap but I think that was simply due to the cost of the part required. Clearly capable and efficient for this type of repair.

Dec 5, 2025Fixed my bosch microwave. It looked like it might have been an expensive main board but the technician recommended replacing one of the door switches that seemed slack. Worked like a charm and saved me a 4 figure part.
Not cheap but did the job.
Nov 15, 2025Reached out because of issues with our. Bosch dishwasher. E15 error of water in the overflow pan. Was able to schedule an appointment for next day, they arrived exactly on time and knew where to find the issue. Had the necessary part with them, replaced, tested and completed within an hour.

Dec 20, 2025Quick and easy to have someone come same day to fix our dishwasher. Hilariously, the dishwasher started working right as the tech showed up. They must be so good they scared my dishwasher back into working! The tech was kind, friendly and communicative. Definitely reccomend!

Dec 11, 2025very happy with the how quick they came out to fix my dryer. i called on a sunday. yes a sunday. and they came out and had it fixed within 24 hours. i called at 1 o’clock sunday by 10:30 monday they had already came out figured out the required part. and by noon i was drying clothes. very happy. will be using for any of my appliances repairs. thank you so much for everything. you guys are a life saver
