First time using and we’re impressed . As was notified the same day of the request for a service and service technician even came an diagnosed on Saturday and ordered the required part which would be in Monday-Tuesday. Technician called today (Tuesday) that part was in and would be here to complete fix in pm. Quick and easy along with all done in a very professional manner. We are very happy with Appliance Repair Expert as $ well spent opposed to – as we do have extended warranty with Comerco yet that’s a waste of $ unless you like waiting 10 days for diagnosis then plus ?? Days to complete repair . As that was what they had planned for us with no fridge or freezer.
