Prompt and honest service. My dishwasher was bit draining properly and the technician that was sent to my house took a look and let me know he found a piece of metal in the pump. He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. I had already planned to have them install the new pump so I was fine with that – but I really appreciated the honesty! Would definitely recommend

Very disappointed with Technican. Same problems arose a few days later. Job was done on February 10,, Problem reoccured a few days later. Still awaiting for them to come back and fix the leak. Very unprofessional. Never hire them again. I had to pay another technican to fix the issue

I recently had my thermostat replaced and the job was done in a quick and efficient manner. The serviceman was courteous and explained the issue. Being a senior and first time client, I was offered a discount as well. Wasn’t cheap, almost $500 later but nothing is these days!

They examined the situation, found the problem, determined what needed to be repaired, researched a source for the parts needed, went got the part, returned installed part and tested machine to ensure it worked. Cleaned work area. submitted invoice, accepted payment and left. Thank you.
