Hoang did a great job! We have a 14 year old Kenmore induction stove with a convection oven. A spark appeared in the back, causing an error message to appear, and then a second spark caused the oven controls to stop working. Hoang showed us what was wrong in the back and explained the fix. He installed a replacement circuit board and made sure all of the wiring was in good shape to make sure it won’t happen again. He was polite and explained things well. Thanks Hoang!
