Of course our washing machine decided to stop working on a Sunday with a bunch of laundry waiting to washed. We are in Calgary, Alberta so called Appliance Repair Expert. By early afternoon we had a technician in to determine the problem. He was able to repair the pump immediately but did not have the motherboard part. Within a couple of days the machine was repaired. technician came – charged $140 and made a wrong diagnosis – he said the drain pump needs to be replaced on our dishwasher and wanted to charge $370 for a 1/2 hour job and a pump what is sold on Amazon for $35. We paid and he left. We checked ourself and it is not the pump. The company apologized and promised a full refund. I am impressed. Great service.

When I called, they were able to have someone come out on the next regular work day. They send you an email and text right away to confirm the appointment and on the day of service, the technician texted well in advance to say he was on his way. Vita, the Appliance Technician, was polite and respectful while at my home. He assessed my washing machine and got the repair done in a timely manner and I was able to pay before he left.
