Dec 2, 2025Right around Christmas my dryer died. I called them and they came by on Christmas Eve, when they said they would, and fixed it like new within an hour or so of the arrival time. Technician was friendly and professional. Highly recommend these folks!
Dec 26, 2025On a holiday cleanup, the reliable dishwasher stopped. I was distressed. I tried everything that might get the wasker working. Finally reality was that I need a mechanic to fix this. I called APX, they were operating and yes, they could come in a couple of hours.They came, they diagnosed the problem, had the part and worked carefully, and soon the dishwasher was repaired. There was no mess, no fuss and a working machine. Very grateful
Dec 29, 2025Vitaliy, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was, went and picked up the part and came back the same day and repaired our ice maker. Very satisfied with the service and the speed in which the problem was solved. Would definitely us them again.
Aug 21, 2025Mr. Adam called on time and was terrific from start to finish. He installed our machine, taught us things about it, and even gave us laundry pointers we should have, but did not yet know, in our 40s. This ease of service was especially striking bc I had already dealt with CAS who wouldn’t deliver or send anyone until January; then Home Depot delivered but their installers refused to hook it up bc, literally, “the location is closed on three sides.” Huh? That’s why we got the Whirlpool laundry center: it’s designed for a closet. We had had a normal-sized washer there for decades. Searching around for an installer, ARE was not only the most cost-effective, but they were also the soonest, and the person on the phone was both professional and chill—best of both worlds. They even made follow-up calls to make sure everything was good.

Dec 20, 2025Quick and easy to have someone come same day to fix our dishwasher. Hilariously, the dishwasher started working right as the tech showed up. They must be so good they scared my dishwasher back into working! The tech was kind, friendly and communicative. Definitely reccomend!

Dec 11, 2025very happy with the how quick they came out to fix my dryer. i called on a sunday. yes a sunday. and they came out and had it fixed within 24 hours. i called at 1 o’clock sunday by 10:30 monday they had already came out figured out the required part. and by noon i was drying clothes. very happy. will be using for any of my appliances repairs. thank you so much for everything. you guys are a life saver
