I was very impressed at how they responded to my request and the technician was there the next day to assess our fridge. The quote to fix it was reasonable, so we booked it and they ordered the parts we needed and it was completely fixed within a couple of days. Excellent Customer Service! Inquired late on Saturday evening an received a phone call within minutes to schedule service. They were able to accommodate 4 time blocks for Sunday which worked really well with our schedule and urgent nature to have our Washer looked at. When the 2 technicians arrived, they had an immediate diagnoses, with a secondary escalation if the first was not the issue. At the end of the day they were in and out in 20 minutes, did not need to order a new part and we were all set. recommend anyone looking for appliance repair to please consider Appliance Repair Expert!
