I chose not to repair the dryer and instead purchase a new one, so can’t comment on their repair abilities. However, they were polite, professional, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. Will use again!

Dec 29, 2023Very professional and helpful technician came to our house to eliminate a squeeky noise in our dryer. Unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the noise while he was here, but he disassembled, lubricated, cleaned and reassembled the entire machine anyway. We were charged for one hour of labour, but he said that if the noise ever came back he would return and fix it without additional labor fees. Our dryer is in a tight spot in the back room, so it wasn’t an easy job. I really appreciate what he did and his willingness to go the extra mile. Would recommend and use in the future. Update: the dryer died one week later. We have to buy a new one now.
