The Appliance Repair Expert of Victoria service technician arrived about 3.5 hours after I submitted our booking request. This was on a Saturday. After the technician had time to assess the operation of our washing machine, he when through our options (costs and risk) to repair, replace or continue use. Based on this information, I felt I made an informed decision. I would use Appliance Repair Expert of Victoria again.

Appliance Repair Expert customer service department reached out to address my concerns. They apologized for the technician’s behavior and poor diagnosis. They offered to refund me the full amount which we paid for the diagnosis. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gifted me a discount coupon. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and would now consider using their service again in future. ——————————————————————— “We recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a technician from Appliance repair expert. My refrigerator was malfunctioning so we scheduled a service call. He was rude and dismissive from the beginning and conducted a hasty diagnosis. He said there was a major issue with the compressor and it is irreparable. He left saying no one can fix this issue and we should get a new refrigerator. However, when we booked another diagnostic appointment with other company they found out the problem was simply with the fan which was not able to blow air properly. After rellacing the fan our refrigerator is working great. I escalated this matter to the manager asking for refund for false diagnosis and the harassment I was met with complete silence. This lack of commitment and accountability is unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed with both the technicians unprofessional conduct and company’s failure to address my concern.”

Great communication, was fast but not rushed 👍🏼. Also very happy with the fact that the initial $89 fee is removed if further maintence is required. Cheapest fixers you can find, that can still do the job right! Very pleased, thank you!!
