He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. We paid and he left. We checked ourself and it is not the pump. The company apologized and promised a full refund. I am impressed. Great service.

Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…

Excellent Customer Service! Inquired late on Saturday evening an received a phone call within minutes to schedule service. They were able to accommodate 4 time blocks for Sunday which worked really well with our schedule and urgent nature to have our Washer looked at. When the 2 technicians arrived, they had an immediate diagnoses, with a secondary escalation if the first was not the issue. Excellent service that came same day! Thorough work. No concerns with the job done. I was confused about the difference between the diagnostic fee and the service fee. My confusion was that I thought the problem would be diagnosed then I would be told what the issue was and then decide on going ahead and fixing it for the service fee. For example, I was told the issue with the dishwasher not draining could be one of three things: the pump, the fuse, or the drain hose is clogged; and if for example its the pump then it’ll cost XX dollars for the service plus the cost of the pump which is YY dollars. I took that literally, thinking that was the price for the pump and there would be varying prices for the other services depending on what the issue was (because fixing the pump sounded more intensive than changing a fuse or unclogging a drain hose) but it’s just a set fee for diagnostic and a set fee for labour, regardless of the intensity of the labour required (the diagnostic fee is waived if you go ahead with the fix, you just pay the labour fee). PLUS any parts are on top of that price. So I agreed for him to go ahead, thinking I still had the option to opt out when he figured out what the issue was but later I found him fixing a clogged hose and being charged the same fee as a pump replacement (with the added bonus that there was not parts costs associated with it). Hope that helps clarify for anyone else getting the service. Overall, a great service and would recommend to anyone.

I want to thank Nijat and his technician for such excellent service. We had requested a service call from a competitor and the tech spent 5 minutes looking at our Bosch gas range and told us it was an ignitor issue. I knew this wasnt true as the gas element was igniting but went out within 30 seconds. He charged us $150 for a service call and when we asked him to order the parts and to make an appointment to fix it, he told us the parts were not available. Nijat was a completely different story. The two techs that came out were super friendly and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue. It turens out it was a dirty connection and a faulty temperature gauge. Nijat was able to get our oven working and told us he was not going to charge us until the part came in. As soon as the part was in he called and just fixed our range. I recommend Appliance Repair Experts without reservation!

Very professional and helpful technician came to our house to eliminate a squeeky noise in our dryer. Unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the noise while he was here, but he disassembled, lubricated, cleaned and reassembled the entire machine anyway. We were charged for one hour of labour, but he said that if the noise ever came back he would return and fix it without additional labor fees. Our dryer is in a tight spot in the back room, so it wasn’t an easy job. I really appreciate what he did and his willingness to go the extra mile. Would recommend and use in the future. Update: the dryer died one week later. We have to buy a new one now.
