Our dryer broke down a couple hours(maybe 3 ish I think) before supper on a Thursday afternoon. After talking to 3 different repair services which were all unable to help us, I came upon “APPLIANCE REPAIR EXPERT.”They immediately accepted our Plea for same day service ! What a RELIEF!!! Within a couple of hours he was there! The gentlemen was right on time, pleasant, Efficient, respectful, and we we both felt the cost was fair, considering we got same day service!! Within two hours, the gentleman was at our house. And I would like to mention that the person I spoke with on the phone to request and arrange this dryer repair service, was so professional, polite, and truly refreshing to deal with after all the crazy Unprofessional sounding People I had spoken with over the last half hour trying to get a repair man to come to our home. I would 100% call these people again for any appliance service and definitely recommend Them HEARTILY!!! Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…
