Mar 10, 2025Prompt and honest service. My dishwasher was bit draining properly and the technician that was sent to my house took a look and let me know he found a piece of metal in the pump. He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. I had already planned to have them install the new pump so I was fine with that – but I really appreciated the honesty! Would definitely recommend

Sep 23, 2024Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…
